X-terrain Pumpkin Carving Grab your friends and celebrate fall with the X-terrain Outdoor Club. We will be carving pumpkins on Tuesday October 13th at 8 PM in the top floor of Luther Hall. This is a free event, just come and have fun! Questions? Email eandreasen@blc.edu or tmord@blc.edu
Oct. 20-Drugs and Dating PLEASE NOTE DATE/TIME CHANGE. Come and discuss with Dr. Mears from Christian Family Solutions the current trends in dating, sexuality, and alcohol/drug use in college. This meeting will be in Luther Hall room 300 at 6 pm on October 20.
Corn Maze at Farmamerica Come, if you dare, to the Haunted Corn Maze at Farmamerica! Expanded activities this year include bonfire and music. Vans leave from the Glass Staircase at 6pm (with option of returning at 8:30pm) and 8pm (returning at 10pm) on Friday, October 23. Cost is $5. Sign up and pay at the business office -- even if riding separately!
Proposed BSN Program Information Session Are you thinking about majoring in nursing? Do you want more information about the proposed nursing program in development? Sara Traylor, the director of the nursing program, will hold informational sessions on Advising Day-October 28. Sessions will be at 8:45-9:45 am and 1:15-2:15 pm in Meyer Hall Room 301 with a short presentation and time for Q & A. Sessions are directed towards students but faculty and staff are welcome to attend. Bring your curiosity and questions!
Paid Position at Washington Elementary School Washington Elementary School (about 3 blocks from campus) is seeking college students to do recess supervision. This is a paid position.
