United Soccer Coaches announced their All-Region teams on Tuesday afternoon and Elena Luján Rubio of the Bethany Lutheran women’s team earned Fourth Team All-Region in Region IX. The honor is the second consecutive All-Region nod for Luján Rubio, who was named Second Team All-Region last season.
