Snow Week is held by the Bethany Activities Committee each winter.
Bethany’s Annual Snow Week will be taking place February 18th-21st and will be celebrated with a number of school-sponsored events. The Snow King and Queen will be crowned Friday, February 21st at the Snow Dance.
Tuesday, February 18th, 7pm — Gourmet Hot Chocolate and Winter Crafts
Join us in the Viking Village and enjoy homemade (not from powder) hot chocolate with toppings. Stick around to make snow-themed crafts that will be hung up across campus!
Wednesday, February 19th, 9:30-11:30pm — Ice Skating at All-Season’s Arena
A favorite outing hosted every year! This event covers both free admission and skate rentals to all who attend. Transportation from campus will be provided to those in need.
Thursday, February 20th, 7-11pm — Skiing at Mt. Kato
Have you been skiing before? Are you an avid skier who can’t get enough? Maybe somewhere in between? Bethany will cover your ticket to Mt. Kato if you would like to go! The equipment rental is $12, with a helmet rental of $4. If you are intending to go, please fill out the waiver ahead of time. Campus transportation will begin at 6:45pm.
Friday, February 21st, 8:00-11:30pm — Bethany’s Snow Dance
The annual tradition of the Snow Dance takes place in Honsey Hall this year. The Snow King and Queen will be crowned at 10pm. Be sure to join us for a special processional!
