Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that each student is an active participant in the process of learning and that the learning environment is a safe, structured space in which the student can demonstrate growth and explore new ideas. My teaching goal is to provide a strong educational foundation and empower the next generation of future professional nurses to be caring, competent and adaptable healthcare professionals. Preparing student nurses to think critically, and analyze situations through a moral and ethical lens to develop innovative solutions is the philosophy that promotes excellence and lifelong learners.
