Biography
Gabrielle’s interest in American history started at a young age when she would spend hours and hours reading books on historical figures such as Pocahontas and Helen Keller and visiting local historical sites in her home state of Massachusetts. This passion of history continued to grow and it eventually led her to Bethany Lutheran College where she pursued a Bachelors of Arts in history and English because she couldn’t decide between the two. While at Bethany, she realized that she wanted to share her love and passion for history with others and decided to pursue a masters in American history.
After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, she taught high school history and literature at Scarville Lutheran School in Scarville, Iowa while working part time at the local chiropractic office. Then in Spring of 2022, Gabrielle joined the history faculty at Bethany Lutheran College.
