Bethany Lutheran College, a Christian liberal arts college owned and operated by the Evangelical Lutheran Synod, invites applications for a full-time, ten-month faculty position in the Biology Department beginning July 2026.

As a faculty member, you will:
- Teach engaging courses and labs in cell biology, genetics, and general biology.
- Mentor students closely through academic advising, career preparation, and faith formation.
- Contribute to the continued growth of Bethany’s Biology program to meet the expanding needs of healthcare, research, and industry.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Biology or a related field required; doctorate preferred (ABD considered with plan for completion).
- Passion for teaching, advising, and mentoring students.
- Experience with genetics, cell biology, and immunology preferred.
- Active membership in the Evangelical Lutheran Synod (ELS), Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS), or another confessional Lutheran church body preferred.
