Where: The Venue, 1850 Madison Ave, Mankato, MN, 56001
When: April 26, 2025. 4:30pm Mocktail Hour, 6:00pm Banquet, 7:30-12pm Dance.
Menu: Green Bean Almandine, Baby Red Mashed Potatoes, and Arugula Salad, with your choice of entrée: Bruschetta Chicken (Gluten Friendly), Bourbon Soy Glazed Tri-Tip, or Eggplant Portobello Strata (Vegan)
Cost: The cost for this event is $15 for BLC students, faculty, and staff, or $25 for Non-BLC guests.
