Pre-Seminary
There is no specific major that prepares a student for enrollment in a seminary. At Bethany Lutheran College special attention is given to preparing students for admission to Bethany Lutheran Theological Seminary (BLTS).
Reformation Lectures
The Bjarne W. Teigen Reformation Lectures are an annual tradition at Bethany Lutheran College. Each October, guest speakers deliver lectures on topics related to the Lutheran Reformation.

Religion Major
In Bethany’s religion major, you will examine religion in the context of history, sociology, and philosophy. Our major assumes the perspective of confessional Lutheranism rooted in the Reformation heritage of Christ Alone.
Spiritual Life
At the heart of Bethany’s mission are Christian faith and values. A college education at Bethany is not just about mastering equations, conducting research, or critically analyzing a difficult problem.
