“I want to make an impact on young people. But how do I truly make a difference and serve in a way that is special?”
Education with Purpose: Christ-Centered Teaching for a Changing World
Being a teacher is both very challenging and incredibly rewarding. We believe that future teachers educated from a Christ-centered perspective will be better prepared to meet the needs of children in a multi-cultural society whether in public or private schools.
We offer Minnesota state-approved teaching licensure with optional endorsements in communication arts and literature, mathematics, pre-primary, science, and social studies. We also offer Minnesota state-approved licensure for grades 5-12 in English, Mathematics, and Social Studies, and K-12 licensure for Studio Art. Students desiring to teach in Lutheran schools take additional coursework for certification by the Evangelical Lutheran Synod.
