Registrar
The Registrar helps Bethany students formulate and implement their academic plan, and manages course schedules and academic records.
Office
- Located on the second floor of Old Main
- Open Hours during the Academic Year: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., M-F
- Open Hours during Summer Break: Open at 7:30 a.m., M-F. Closes at 4:30 p.m., except 2 p.m. Fridays.
Transcript Requests
A request form for official and unofficial transcripts is available in the office and must be signed by the student, or students may request a transcript.

Bethany Lutheran College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications for Bethany Lutheran College students. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.
