Explore the Medical Field With Confidence

“I want a career in the medical or healthcare field, but I’m not sure how to sort through all of the different pathways.”

With a focus on personal attention during the first four years of college and preparation for top graduate programs, Bethany develops students for a full variety of medical careers. Our graduates have been accepted into medical and pharmacy programs at such places as the University of Minnesota, Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, and South Dakota State University.

Looking for a Nursing Program that won’t hold you back financially? We’ve got you covered.

With a Mayo Clinic Health System facility adjacent to Bethany’s Mankato campus, the Nursing and Exercise Science programs take on a special vibrancy.

The biologybiochemistrypsychology and chemistry majors remain the most significant pathway to a full medical degree or work in pharma, counseling, chiropractic, or veterinary fields.

Continuing Education

The health communication major provides students immediate access to the health field through management, systems, and leadership development.

Counseling

Bethany professors provide personal guidance for sorting through majors and graduate school options. Biology students often continue to a variety of medical schools. Exercise science majors prepare for schools of occupational therapy or physical therapy. Nursing students are often hired before graduation. Chemistry students learn the foundations of the pharmaceutical industry. And Health communication majors typically enter administrative roles.
